Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

OTP-Based Delivery

To ensure secure delivery, all orders will require an OTP verification at the time of delivery. The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number once the package is out for delivery. Customers must provide the correct OTP to the delivery agent to successfully receive the package. If the OTP is incorrect or unavailable, delivery may be rescheduled.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers can track their order using the tracking link provided via email. For any tracking-related issues, please contact our support team.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India. Certain remote locations may have extended delivery times. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, report the issue within 7 days of delivery with supporting images/videos. Contact our support team for assistance with claims or replacements.
