Chromebook EShop Replacement Policy (IN)

At ChromebookeShop, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, returns are allowed only under specific conditions outlined below. This eshop is being managed & hosted by I and S Communique Pvt Ltd.

We acknowledge replacements only for products that meet these specific criteria:

  • Immediate Power Failure: The Chromebook fails to turn on during its first use.
  • Arrival Damage: The Chromebook arrives with visible damage.
  • Incorrect Shipment: You receive the wrong product.


Important Note: We do not accept any returns/ replacement for incorrect orders placed by the customer or changes of mind. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.


Replacement Requirements

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video and clear close-up shots of the product are required for verification.
  • Return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.


Replacement Verification Process

Once a request is submitted, our team will review the provided images/videos to verify eligibility. Our technician will conduct a remote inspection to confirm the reported issue over a VC. Only after successful verification will the return be authorized.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a return, please contact us through our chromebookqueries@gmail.com official support channel and provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Product Model & Serial Number
  • Reason for Replacement with supporting images/videos

A Unique Request ID will be provided upon lodging a complaint. If applicable, our engineer may verify the issue before authorizing a replacement. Once verified, the replacement Chromebook will be delivered to you within 5 Business days. 

Refund Process

If we are not able to fulfill the replacement requested for your product refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Policy Updates

Chromebookeshop reserves the right to make changes at any time to its Product Replacement Policy at its discretion and such policy and process may be subject to amendment and updating without notice. All amended terms automatically take effect as and when they are posted and Chromebookeshop may in its sole discretion announce any material changes to this Product Replacement Policy through e-mail to existing users where they have disclosed their e-mail addresses to Chromebookeshop. If any part of this policy document is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable as per Indian law, that particular part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts of the policy document

Hope we are enabling the GST invoice option on the website so People who own a company can take GST rebates for personal purchases as well. For example purchasing a laptop on website and taking GST rebate showing that it is for company use
